A core focus of the practice. Advising on a wide range of technology and commercial agreements, including software, SaaS, licensing, and joint development arrangements. We regularly address intellectual property ownership, data rights, and related commercial considerations in complex transactions.

Serving as outside general counsel to companies that require an experienced legal partner without a full-time in-house team, as well as working alongside in-house legal teams. We work closely with management on transactions, contracts, and broader business matters.
