Yuval Nir, Esq.
Yuval Nir is the founder of Nir & Associates and has a broad transactional and corporate practice spanning domestic and international matters.
His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and capital raising transactions, ranging from early-stage financings to M&A transactions exceeding $15 billion. He regularly advises companies, founders, and investors and has extensive experience negotiating complex commercial arrangements.
Yuval’s practice includes significant work in technology, licensing, and intellectual property matters, including cross-border licensing, software and SaaS agreements, joint development arrangements, digital media and production agreements and commercial supply and distribution agreements.
He has advised clients across industries including technology, healthcare, real estate, art, hedge funds, and apparel, and has substantial experience in the automotive sector, advising clients across the supply chain, including Tier I, II, and III suppliers and technology partners.
Admitted in New York and Israel, and regularly serving as U.S. counsel to European firms and international enterprises, Yuval provides true cross-border transactional experience and network.
